Gracie having a bit of an off Sunday

Gracie woke up perky as usual. I'm not sure if it's Gracie that wakes Charlie up to play or the other way around. Which ever way it is the two of them pounced and chased each other around on the carpet for a few minutes before they both turned to me and demanded I get up to feed them, so of course I obliged.  This morning breakfast was a little bit later than usual as I was making Gracie's special food to mix in with her other food. The recipe I had from the nutritionist consists of millet (which I boiled with water), skinless chicken breast, some safflower oil and a little bit of salt.  I wasn't sure how to cook the millet so I had to look it up. After it was all ready I mixed it up and fed the kids (Gracie & Charlie).  Today I started mixing Gracie's supplements back in to her food also. I'm trying to blend it all with what she's eating now so that it doesn't upset her stomach too much.  Gracie was excited as always to eat, but wasn't quick like usual to finish her food. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with one of the Chinese supplements that's mixed in (it stinks and so maybe it doesn't smell so appetizing to her).  She finally finished eating under the watchful eye of Charlie. I'm glad she ate all her breakfast, but I can tell her stomach is a little unsettled today. I'm not sure if it has to do with the food changes and supplements being added in or the chemo treatment or a combination of the two. The nutritionist warned that the supplements could make her stomach a little upset for a couple of days so I'm hoping that's all it is.  It's hot outside today so Gracie and Charlie are enjoying their time inside. The two of them are taking some naps in the cool air conditioned inside together. I love that they are so close. I think it's good for both of them and I think it's good for Gracie's treatment.
