Friday....the start of the weekend and the start of Gracie's home quarantine. This is the 7-10 day window after her chemo treatment that her white blood cell count can bottom out so it's important to keep a close eye on her....especially with her urinary tract infection.  Today she goes to get her WBC checked. This time we're going over to Village Vets because it's closer and a bit more convenient to get to.  Gracie ate pretty good today, but we haven't been able to get all her supplements worked back in yet.  She's still fussing about her custom for so right now it's boiled chicken breast, boiled carrots and some cooked millet mixed in.  After this weekend hopefully we'll get her appetite back to normal and get the supplements worked back in.  Charlie is funny, he's staying so close to her and making sure that she eats and is feeling okay. He was licking her face after she ate breakfast. He always seems to know when she's not quite feeling right.
