It's a sunny Sunday and Gracie & Charlie are loving sprawling out on the back deck. Gracie's hair has been falling out a lot this weekend....I guess it's part of the worst part of her chemo window.  Right now only the very top part of her moustache, the dark hair, is still in.  Her hair is falling out all under her eyes, her eyebrows are almost gone and the hair around her ears is quickly thinning. She's looking more like a Chinese hairless dog than a miniature Schnauzer.  It's funny because the hair loss seems to be concentrated mostly around her face, not so much her body.  She's eating a little better, but seems very tired today....like she's stressed.  Maybe that's the effects of fighting the urinary tract infection too.  Thank goodness Charlie is around to love on her, it really seems to make Gracie feel better. As for eating Gracie is doing a little better today. I'm mixing in more of the ingredients to her special food I make and she is doing fine with adding the Cell Advance supplement. This week we'll start adding other supplements back in, it was just important to make sure that she was eating well again first. I have to say I am happy that Gracie doesn't seem to be getting sick as she's starting to eat more so that's a real good thing. She is definitely demanding a lot of attention right now, love, love, love....it's all she wants. Who can argue with that. Not to worry, when Charlie sees Gracie getting love he comes in and demands some of his own.
